I was able to manage and do the Nadia Diet again.
I’m on my 5th day today and I feel very light. I feel like flying. HAHA. Kidding aside. This diet I am talking about is very simple yet very risky.
Simple because,
for breakfast: bread and milk or juice or coffee
for lunch: one cup of rice (or two) and a viand (better if veggies)
for dinner: fruit or hard-boiled egg or bread
